Kennewick motorcyclist killed in Oregon river crash
A 63-year-old Kennewick man died over the weekend when his motorcycle went off a highway and into a river in rural Eastern Oregon.
Paramedics tried to revive Robert Julian, but he suffered fatal injures in the 4 p.m. Saturday wreck, according to the Oregon State Police.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
State police and emergency personnel from John Day and Monument responded to Highway 402 at milepost 2.
Julian was traveling north on the highway when his Harley Davidson left the road, traveled down a small embankment and landed in the John Day River.
