Got garbage? Kennewick transfer station is back open
Kennewick residents again have a place to haul their household and yard trash.
Waste Management reopened the Kennewick Transfer Station after it was closed for maintenance since February.
The station at 2627 S. Ely St., off 27th Avenue, accepts yard waste, household garbage, furniture items and small home repair or remodeling debris.
Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.
