Downtown Kennewick wine village nearly finished

The newest phase of the Port of Kennewick’s Columbia Gardens Urban Wine Village, a new wine tasting facility, is nearing completion on East Columbia Drive in Kennewick.

The new tenants, Cave B Estate Winery and Gordon Estate Winery, will likely be given the keys to their new spaces by the end of the month.

They will then outfit and personalize their areas in time to open for spring barrel tasting in April, said Tana Bader Iglima, deputy CEO at the Port of Kennewick.

The $1.5 million building features a clock tower, a dual-facing fireplace and separate outdoor patios near the food truck plaza.
