George Washington Way apartments take shape in Richland
Framers work on the 104-unit four-story apartment complex called Park Place Friday morning at 650 George Washington Way in Richland.
This $20 million project also features twin retail buildings, underground parking and a courtyard swimming pool.
The Crown Group, a Chicago-based company, held a groundbreaking ceremony in last March for the estimated 15-month project.
Fowler Construction of Richland is the general contractor.
