Tri-Citians are being asked to help “Fill the Toy Trolley” on Saturday so foster children will have a present to unwrap this Christmas.

The Christmas for Children event is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 14 at Kennewick’s Ranch & Home.

Visitors can get in the holiday spirit by bringing a new, unwrapped gift for kids from infants up to age 17.

The 20th annual holiday event is spearheaded by Townsquare Media, and sponsored by Ben Franklin Transit and Ranch & Home.

The Ben Franklin Transit trolley will be parked at the entrance to the store, 845 N. Columbia Center Blvd.

Last year, more than 600 gift donations ensured that every Tri-Cities child in foster care ended up receiving at least one wrapped gift for Christmas.
