New Pasco roundabout is part of $6.8 million Chapel Hill gateway project

A garbage truck navigates the recently built roundabout at Road 84 and Chapel Hill Boulevard in west Pasco.

The city is holding a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 6, for the road extension of Chapel Hill Boulevard between Roads 84 and 68.

The $6.8 million project provides better access to homes in the area and to large commercial parcels yet to be developed on that stretch of new road, according to the city.
