Cold plunge for special athletes
A group representing Tri-Tech Skills Center takes the plunge into the frigid water on Saturday at Columbia Point Marina in Richland for the Tri-Cities Polar Plunge.
Over 400 people, 100 more than last year, jumped into the cold Columbia River.
Donations from the event went to Special Olympics Washington.
