Survey to guide Tri-City community health planning
The Benton-Franklin Community Health Alliance is asking Mid-Columbia residents to take a brief online survey to help identify obstacles to achieving health goals.
The one-minute survey is posted at www.bfcha.org and asks participants about their health coverage and where they receive health care.
Results will guide projects to improve health in the community.
