Kadlec raises flag on breast cancer awareness
Employees Luis Flores, left, and Jose Chavez begin to raise a breast cancer awareness flag Monday on the roof of Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland.
The annual event is held to honor breast cancer patients and raise awareness of the signs and symptoms of the disease.
The flag, handmade by Kadlec Auxiliary volunteer Jan Jacobs, will fly during October.
