Police on scene of tipped semi on Interstate 82 near West Richland
Emergency crews are on the scene of semi that flipped near the intersection of interstates 182 and 82.
The semi is off the side of the road eastbound lanes. The driver did not appear to be hurt and it’s not blocking traffic.
