Jace Quinn, 4, and his father Zac of Kennewick enjoy one last visit Thursday to the Playground of Dream’s in Kennewick’s Columbia Park.

The 19-year old wooden structure is closing in preparation for being replaced with a modern one.

The rebuild will take two phases, with the first to be completed in November and the second next spring.

The older Quinn said he remembers playing on the structure as a child and has been bringing his son there for a couple weeks before it closes.
