He’s part of an iconic rock band. And he’s playing this week in Richland
Martin Gerschwitz of the rock band Iron Butterfly will perform Thursday in Richland.
He’s set to take the stage from 8 to 11 p.m. at At Michele’s, a new upscale restaurant on Henderson Loop.
Gerschwitz has performed with acts from Eric Burdon and The Animals to Meat Loaf, Lita Ford and Walter Trout. He joined Iron Butterfly, known for songs including “In-A-Gadda-Da-Vida,” more than a decade ago.
He’s playing some solo dates in between shows with the band, and also promoting his book, “I Only Look Loud.”
The book is available at martingerschwitz.com and Gerschwitz also will have copies at the show.
