Stopped for driving on a flat tire, driver ends up jailed for DUI
Kennewick police stopped a man for driving on a flat tire and ended up arresting him for possible driving under the influence.
Officers stopped Juan A. Llanes-Contreras, 26, early Saturday morning near West Canal Drive and South Fruitland Street.
The driver was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol and booked at the Benton County Jail with bond set at $7,500.
