Luminaria lights up Pasco neighborhood
Neighbors light up their luminarias for the 32nd annual Desert Plateau Luminaria in Pasco on Saturday. More than 25,000 candle-filled paper sacks, or luminaries, lined the streets of Desert Plateau and surrounding neighborhoods.
