Richland woman hurt in Highway 240 wreck
A woman was injured when a Kennewick man plowed into her car on Highway 240.
The Washington State Patrol said Bojana Ginovska, 40, of Richland, slowed for traffic in her Nissan Altima as she headed east near Columbia Park Trail.
A Ford F-250 pickup, driven by Jack L. Morris, was following too closely and wasn’t able to stop before hitting her car, according to the state patrol.
Ginovska was taken to Trios Southridge Hospital. Morris was not injured.
Both drivers were wearing their seat belts.
The state patrol reported the collision was caused my Morris following too closely.
