Palliative care presentation is Dec. 13

The Tri-Cities Cancer Center is offering a palliative care presentation from noon to 1 p.m. Dec. 13 at the cancer center 7350 W. Deschutes Ave., Kennewick.

Palliative care focuses on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of a serious illness with the goal of improving quality of life for both the patient and the family.

Speakers include Rainy Larson of the Tri-Cities Cancer Center, Jason Paslean with Kadlec and Kathryn Foster of Kadlec.
