Santa, singers and more at Pasco Winter Fest

Pasco Winter Fest is Saturday at Volunteer Park.

The event runs from 2 to 6 p.m. and includes live music, activities for kids, a wine and beer garden for those 21 and older, a tree lighting, holiday train rides and a visit from Santa.

A food drive is planned to help Second Harvest.

Pasco Recreation Services is coordinating the festival. The lighting of the Heritage Tree is at 5 p.m., following remarks from Mayor Matt Watkins.

Live entertainment starts at 2:15 p.m. with a performance by Rolling Hills Chorus. Local school choirs also are set to take the stage, and Mid-Columbia Libraries will run story times.

Retail and food vendors will be on hand.

Volunteer Park is at 1125 N. Fourth Ave.
