Bart Fawbush, winemaker and owner of Bartholomew Winery, moves his first truckload of 40 filled wine barrels Tuesday morning into his new space at the Port of Kennewick's Columbia Gardens Wine and Artisan Village. The move comes after last year’s harsh winter weather delayed construction of the new facility in the 400 block of East Columbia Drive in Kennewick.
