Kennewick police release image of bank robbery suspect
Kennewick police have released a photo of the suspect in Saturday’s robbery at the Gesa Credit Union on North Huntington Street.
The image, which appears to be from a security camera, shows a man in a dark hoodie, a Seahawks hat and a surgical mask at a bank counter. He’s holding an envelope with writing on it.
Police say the man entered the Gesa branch at about 11:30 a.m. and approached a teller with a sign demanding money. The teller gave him an undisclosed amount of cash.
No customers or Gesa employees were hurt in the incident, Sgt. Bryan Weatherbee said.
