Good gravy! Second Harvest gives away 2,000 turkeys
Volunteers Ardette Sykes, right, and Elder Blake Shumway lift boxes of food that were handed out to families in need during the Second Harvest's second annual Turkey Drive and Distrubution at the Benton Franklin Fair Grounds in Kennewick on Saturday. Each of the 2,000 boxes that were given out contained a turkey plus ingredients for all the Thanksgiving fixin’s. Each box can feed up to a family of five.
