The third annual Richland “Stuff the Bus” giving event is Saturday morning.

Supporters can bring donations of clothing, food and personal hygiene products between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. to school buses parked at Office Depot on George Washington Way and Yoke’s Fresh Market on Keene Road.

Stuff the Bus is sponsored by Public School Employees #121 in partnership with Communities in Schools of Benton/Franklin, which distributes donations to families in need.

Organizers hope to fill the school buses with new or slightly used clothing, coats, shoes, gloves, leggings and other items of apparel. Non-perishable food donations and personal hygiene items are also welcome.
