Roasters Coffee opens in West Richland
Roasters Coffee opened its 10th store Friday, serving heavy commuter traffic along Keene Road in West Richland.
The new coffee shop is at 3205 Kennedy Road at the corner of Kennedy and Keene. To celebrate, the shop offered $2 drinks.
Roaster’s is led by Wes Heyden, a Tri-Citian who launched the business in 2009 in Pasco. In the past year, it has opened new spots in downtown Kennewick and on Highway 395.
Hayden began his coffee career with Dutch Bros. Coffee and moved out on his own to create his own brand. He financed the start-up with personal savings and credit cards.
