Better make plans for your delicate outdoor plants and outside pets.

Some parts of the Tri-Cities could see lows drop into the teens for the first time this winter as skies clear Monday night.

The National Weather Service is predicting lows that range from 19 degrees in Pasco to 21 degrees in Kennewick and Richland. That’s about 15 degrees below normal for early November.

Patches of fog Monday night and Tuesday morning could freeze on roadways, making them slick.

Tuesday night clouds should move in, helping lows climb to the upper 20s.

More precipitation is expected from Wednesday night through Friday, but warming temperatures should have precipitation falling as rain rather than snow.

Lows should be above freezing from Wednesday night through the weekend.

High temperatures should climb to the upper 40s by Thursday and in the low 50s from Friday through Sunday.
