A pair of Pasco city employees wrangle some wrinkled up insulated pool covers Monday morning at Memorial Park after gusty weekend winds snarled them. The floating sections didn’t appear damaged but were tough to manhandle because of the added weight from water filling the wrinkled pockets. The pool is still in use by high school swimming programs.
