Rose Society dinner set for Oct. 23 in Kennewick

The Tri-City Rose Society is hosting a public potluck dinner at 7 p.m. Oct. 23 at the Benton County PUD in Kennewick.

The dinner will feature key speakers Scott and Pam Woodward, local travelers who recently bicycled across Cuba.
