Photographs from a float trip in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge will be shown at the Tuesday meeting of the Lower Columbia Basin Audubon Society in Kennewick.

The photos by Dan Streiffert of the Seattle area show the beauty of the refuge in Alaska and its importance to birders. Streiffert volunteers for the Audubon Society and the Sierra Club.

The meeting of the local Audubon group starts at 7 p.m. at the First Lutheran Church at the intersection of Highway 395 and Yelm Street.
