Benton City Daze includes meat raffle fundraiser

The American Legion in Benton City is offering a Midwest-style Fill Your Freezer meat drawing from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at 909 Dale Ave. in conjunction with the annual Benton City Daze festival.

The fundraiser for the Benton City Revitalization Committee will support community projects.

Participants will bid on a variety of meat products provided by sponsors such as Templeman’s Country Market, Ki-Be Red Apple Market, Knutzen’s Meats, Fred Meyer, the Port of Benton, Sun Pacific Energy and Yoke’s Fresh Market. Call 509-217-5880 for details.
