Tri-City motorcyclist still critical after hitting guardrail
A motorcycle rider remained in critical condition Monday after he crashed on Interstate 82 the night before.
Stephen F. Siler, 69, of Kennewick, was heading west on the highway at 6:14 p.m. Sunday when he took the Dallas Road exit too fast. He lost control, hitting a guardrail about 13 miles from Kennewick, said the Washington State Patrol.
He was taken to Kadlec Regional Medical Center.
The WSP said Siler was driving too fast and cited him for second-degree negligent driving.
