Mothers and toddlers to graduate from Nurse-Family Partnership April 25
Fifteen mothers and their toddlers are set to graduate from the Benton-Franklin Health District Nurse-Family Partnership program from 6 to 8 p.m. April 25 at the Carousel of Dreams in Kennewick.
The program pairs first time mothers and registered nurses for regular home visits during the child’s first two years. Nurses aid the mothers in improving their health and preparing for the arrival of the baby, and the child’s health after it is born.
