March blows in like a lion in Kennewick

Gusty conditions Wednesday pin blowing leaves against the outfield chain link fencing at the softball fields in downtown Kennewick as a city employee mows the grass in preparation for upcoming use of the fields.

The National Weather Service is predicting mostly cloudy skies to return Thursday with a slight chance of rain.
