Safe Kids Benton-Franklin offering car seat inspections Feb. 8

Safe Kids Benton-Franklin is offering free car seat inspections from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 8 at the Washington State Patrol Headquarters, 143302 Law Lane, Kennewick. Certified child safety technicians will be available by appointment.
