Kadlec neurological center offers Alzheimer’s workshop

The Kadlec Neurological Research Center is offering a session on memory loss, dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease on Feb. 7.

The workshop is 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Feb. 7 at the Kadlec Healthplex, 1268 Lee Blvd., Richland.

Speaker Joan Acres, from the Alzheimer’s Association, will provide information on detection, causes and risk factors, stages of the disease, treatment, and more.
