John Mosteller celebrates 25 years with PayneWest

John Mosteller, a business insurance sales executive, recently celebrated his 25th anniversary in the Richland office of PayneWest Insurance.

He joined the former Walton-Mosteller Insurance in 1981.The Tri-City native is past president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Benton-Franklin Counties.
