Second Harvest prepares for Thanksgiving

Godric Medina, 6, joins his parents Sierra and Cesar Medina, of Kennewick, and about 50 other volunteers Thursday assembling Thanksgiving meal boxes for Second Harvest. The organization plans to distribute 2,000 meals to families on Nov. 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the TRAC facility in Pasco. No registration. Boxes are given on a first come, first served basis.
