4-year-old girl safe with brother during Pasco police search
A worried mother called 911 when she couldn’t find her 4-year-old daughter Adriana Cruz on Tuesday.
The Pasco police began searching for the girl. Her brother, 18-year-old Dervail A. Hinkley-Webb, was supposed to pick her up from school and bring her home. When mom arrived, neither of them were at home, said Sgt. Scott Warren.
Police began searching for her and determined Hinkley-Webb had four arrest warrants from Benton and Franklin counties for failing to appear in court and comply with court orders in regard to probation violations.
The Pasco police asked the public for help in locating the girl through Facebook, describing her as wearing purple clothes with a Cinderella character on them, weighing about 35-pounds and being 65 percent deaf.
A few hours later Hinkley-Webb returned home with Cruz. She was not harmed.
Hinkley-Webb was arrested for the warrants.
