Flapjack fundraiser set for Nov. 5

The Philanthropic Educational Organization has scheduled a flapjack fundraiser from 8 to 10 a.m. Nov. 5 at the Richland Applebees, 43 Columbia Point Drive.

Proceeds will help support educational grants, loans and scholarships to help women complete their education.
