Richland town hall planned Oct. 27 on budget, priorities

The city of Richland’s 2016 Town Hall is planned at 6:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at the Richland Community Center’s Riverview Room, 505 Swift Blvd.

Audience participants are asked to arrive by 6:15 p.m. The event will also be streamed on Facebook Live.

The format will include an introduction of the city manager’s 2017 budget and an overview of 2017 programs, projects and priorities.
