Workers pick pumpkins and load them into bins on a tractor pulled trailer Monday morning from a field on Jacobs Road just off the Dallas Road Interstate 82 interchange at the Robert S. Cox Farms.

Harvest of 247-acres of pumpkins began at the start of September, according to Robert Cox.

He estimates they've filled and delivered 120 semi-truck loads to Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Alaska since starting.

Cox said they are planning to fill 14 more semi-trucks for delivery this week before Halloween.
