Tri-City’s top cops to speak Oct. 24 at school retirees meeting

A panel of Tri-City police chiefs will address the Benton Franklin School Retirees’ Association from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Oct. 24 at Country Gentleman, 9221 W. Clearwater Ave., Kennewick.

Kennewick Chief Ken Hohenberg, Pasco Chief Bob Metzger and Richland Chief Chris Skinner will discuss community policing and current happenings in their cities.
