Tickets are on sale for the “Pink the Parkway,” a fundraiser to support Warrior Sisterhood, a Tri-City cancer support group for women.

A $25 ticket to the Oct. 15 event is good for a pint of beer at Paper Street, a mimosa at Cheese Louise, a 15-minute facial at D Skin Care and shopping discounts at Parkway merchants and restaurants.

The event features live music, two cancer survivor fashion shows, Miss Teen Tri-Cities, Richland firefighters, activities for kids and an after-party with food and pink drink specials at Gaslight.

Twelve local survivors featured in the 2017 Warrior Sisterhood calendar are signing and selling copies of the calendar. They’ll also be on the cat walk during the survivor fashion shows.

A silent auction includes a signed Richard Sherman football, a Mariners baseball signed by Shawn O’Malley, a utility player from Kennewick, a private wine tour and tastings with two magnums from Terra Blanca winery and more.

All money raised at the Richland event goes toward the Warrior Sisterhood, a program of the Tri-Cities Cancer Center to empower local women with cancer or a cancer-related diagnosis.

The event runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at The Richland Parkway, between Lee Boulevard and The Parkway.

People can buy tickets at the Tri-Cities Cancer Center Foundation office, 7350 Deschutes Ave., Kennewick, or at the event.
