Free car seat inspections offered Oct. 12 in Kennewick

Safe Kids Benton-Franklin is offering free car seat inspections 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 12 in Kennewick.

Certified Child Passenger and Safety technicians will be available by appointment at the Washington State Patrol headquarters, 143302 Law Ln., Kennewick.
