2nd Harvest seeks volunteers for fundraiser

The Second Harvest Food Bank is needing 80 volunteers for its Taking a Bite out of Hunger fundraiser Oct. 12 in Pasco.

The event from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. is a food and beer and wine tasting and auction.

Volunteers must be 21 or older. Volunteer activities include centerpiece assembly, vendor assistance, parking directors, guest check-in and check-out, greeters, wine/beer glass distribution, table control, auction corral and a cleanup crew.
