Holiday card signing for veterans is Oct. 7-8

The Benton City/Richland Post 115 of the American Legion is offering a Christmas card signing in Benton City for wounded veterans.

The cards will go to veterans at the Walla Walla Veterans Hospital.

The signing is 1 to 6 p.m. Oct. 7-8 at the American Legion Hall, 908 Dale Ave., Benton City. The goal is to fill all 300 cards with as many names and well wishes as possible.
