Richland Public Facilities District to hold special meeting Sept. 28

The Richland Public Facilities District board is holding a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 28 at the Reach museum to finalize a business plan for the museum.

The board oversees the facility, which is at 1943 Columbia Park Trail, Richland.
