Safe Kids offering free car seat inspections

Safe Kids Benton-Franklin is offering free car seat inspections 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 14 at the Washington State Patrol office, 143302 Law Lane, south of Kennewick.

Certified child passenger safety technicians will be available by appointment.
