TRIDEC names Jao its new member services director

Traci Jao has been promoted to member services and communications director for the Tri-City Development Council, or TRIDEC.

Jao has been on the TRIDEC staff for nine years as a project manager and has played a key role in business recruitment and organizing events such as the Smart Map Expo and the FABREOP Expo.

She succeeds Kayla Pratt.
