New in-home care provider opens shop in Tri-Cities

A Tri-City couple has brought a new in-home adult and senior care provider to the region.

Right at Home offers daily medical assistance, transportation, light housecleaning and meal planning and preparation, a news release said. The local franchise is operated by Shana Duncan, who has worked in the health care field, and Adam Loomis, a U.S. Army veteran.

Right at Home, founded in 1995 and based in Omaha, Neb., serves disabled or senior adults who desire to live independently.

Duncan and Loomis directly employ and supervise their Kennewick office’s caregiving staff, who are screened, trained and bonded or insured before working with clients. Care plans can be tailored to individual needs.

Right at Home’s Kennewick office is at 8382 W. Gage Blvd., Suite M, and is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Their phone number is 509-579-0303 and is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a live person as courtesy to clients, their families and employees.
