New tap house opening in Southridge
Beer lovers rejoice — a shop to fill your growlers is coming to the Southridge area in Kennewick.
Copper Top Tap House’s grand opening is scheduled for Jan. 30, according to the new shop’s Facebook page.
It’s located at 5453 Ridgeline Drive in the new commercial development on the hill just west of Southridge High School and Trios Southridge Hospital.
The shop will feature 40 rotating taps with a variety of beers from the Pacific Northwest, as well as a selection of wine and hard cider.
Food won’t be available. The owners said they want to focus on providing knowledge about beer.
Customers will be allowed to bring their own food or have it delivered and food trucks are expected to be on site at times, as well.
