The Chaplaincy appoints new executive director

The Chaplaincy has appointed Gary Castillo as executive director after he spent a number of months serving as an acting executive director.

He has more than 13 years of professional experience in the hospice health care field. During his seven years with The Chaplaincy, he has served as hospice director, director of operations and chief financial officer. He holds degrees in accounting and finance and serves as vice president of the Washington State Hospice and Palliative Care Organization.

Castillo replaces Paul Weil, who resigned in March.
