The current Model 3 lease offers span the whole 2026 lineup, from the Standard RWD to the top Performance AWD. All deals are set for 36 months with a 10,000-mile annual limit and require a $3,000 down payment at signing. Tesla notes that these offers are for qualified buyers who apply after April 4, 2026.

Lease pricing depends on which Model 3 you pick and how you spec it, but even the higher trims stack up well against other EV sedans in the same price range. Keep in mind, taxes and fees aren't included in the advertised numbers, and going over the mileage limit will cost you $0.25 per mile. There's also a $395 fee when you turn the car in at the end.
2026 Tesla Model 3 Highlights
Naming tweaks aside, the 2026 Model 3 lineup still covers a wide range of performance. The Standard model is all about affordability, while the Premium trims add more range and features. If you want speed, the Performance AWD is the one to watch – it's rated for 0-60 mph in just 2.8 seconds, which puts it in sports sedan territory.

Inside, the Model 3 keeps things simple with its signature minimalist look and a big 15.4-inch touchscreen in the center. Higher trims get heated and ventilated front seats, and the Premium and Performance models add a rear screen for passengers. One thing you still won't find is Apple CarPlay or Android Auto – something rivals like the Hyundai Ioniq 6 and BMW i4 do offer. Still, Tesla's own software, over-the-air updates, and built-in navigation are big draws for a lot of buyers.

There are a lot more compact EVs on the road now than just a few years ago, but the Model 3 still stands out.
